Provide FREE virtual cooking classes with nutrition education, making it accessible for all.
Why:
There are numerous studies that show that spending time on food preparation at home can be essential to healthier dietary habits. Virtual Teaching Kitchen takes it a step further by offering virtual nutrition focused cooking classes where participants cook along in their own homes.
