My Story

As a registered dietitian and chef, I’m here to help you gain confidence in the kitchen to cook nourishing meals in your everyday life!

Cooking has always given me joy because of its powerful ability to connect people together. I was always intrigued by the way food can impact your health and decided to follow my passion to dive deeper in learning through culinary school and becoming a registered dietitian.

Prior to starting my business, I worked as a supermarket RD, providing nutrition education right in the grocery store. Now with my own business, I work with individuals one-on-one to help nourish their lives through nutrition & cooking education. I also partner with like-minded food brands and organizations through recipe development, food photography, nutrition communications, and media work.

My passion is to educate others about nutrition through food and giving them the tools they need to build confidence in the kitchen. It’s my mission to help you appreciate all the delicious ways foods can be prepared so you can fall in love with it again and again.

Food connects us to the past, to our family and friends, sometimes to even unknown people. It connects us to various cultures and places we may have never visited. It connects us to our stomach, to our body, to our living energy, to our emotions. And when you cook, do you know what happens? You become the creator of that connection!

This is a space where health meets food. My food philosphy is rooted in the fact that all foods fit and that nutrition and wellness messages are not one-size-fits all. I focus on a food‐first approach to overcoming the barriers to healthy eating such as cost, time, convenience, and portion size and provide strategies to help move you toward positive lifestyle changes. I’m dedicated to helping you find the best strategies for you to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
