Happy to find new recipes! The book is organized that everything you need for a specific recipe is easily found on one page, ingredients, nutritional information and instructions. The recipes have a nice variety from traditional homecooking to exotic recipes such as Asian soups and of course vegetarian entrees are included as well. The soup lover will be happy to know that shortcuts are allowed, you can use store-bought broth and of course alter recipes based on what you have in your pantry.
