Cheesy Deviled Eggs

-Eggs -Cabot horseradish cheddar cheese -Cabot plain Greek yogurt -Dijon mustard -Chives


Step 1

Place eggs in pot and fill with water covering eggs by 1 inch. Bring water to boil then cover pot with lid and remove from heat

Step 2

Leave eggs for 10-12 minutes then remove from pot and chill/peal

Step 3

Cut each egg in half and scoop the yolk into separate bowl

Step 4

Add the horseradish cheddar cheese, yogurt, dijon mustard, and chives. Mix well

Step 5

Stuff the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Garnish with chives, a sprinkle of paprika, and a cheesy chip.
