- 1 slice tomato
- 1/4 avocado thinly sliced
- 1 egg
- sprinkle of pepper, sea salt, and red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Toast waffle according to package directions.
- Top with tomato slice and avocado slices.
- In a small pan coated with cooking spray, cook egg sunny side up until desired doneness. Add on top of tomato and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle with pepper, sea salt, and red pepper flakes.
