Pineapple Beef Stir Fry

Prime-Grade Beef

This beef has more marbling with a firmer flesh

Choice-Grade Beef

High quality and produced in highest quantity

Select-Grade Beef

Slightly leaner than Prime and Choice because it has less marbling

INGREDIENTS

- pineapple tidbits - rice vinegar – low sodium soy sauce – ketchup – brown sugar – flank steak – cornstarch –  sesame oi – garlic – mushrooms – snap peas – sweet pepper

step 1

Whisk the reserved 3 tbsp pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, and sugar in a small bowl

Add cornstarch to the remaining sauce

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat

step 4

Add the remaining 1 tsp oil to the pan and heat over medium heat

step 5

Serve over rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice.
